Scribblers and Ink Spillers, L.L.C. was incorporated in the state of Florida, USA on June 1, 2009. Our mission is to provide the general reading public with compelling short fiction of all genres in electronic and print formats, while giving talented short fiction writers exposure and a paying market for their work.
